Ben runs Thoughtful Leader, a company that aims to “develop leaders that make work better”. Ben is an MBA and certified leadership coach who started off in the IT industry and has been leading teams, programs and projects for over 15 years.

Ben believes in a self-fulfilling prophecy in leadership – that the simple act of believing (or not) in somebody can impact their performance and wellbeing.
