Nicole Tschierske is a Dr of Chemistry who has developed a career in Psychology and wellbeing. She is passionate about helping overlooked women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths become influential, so they can confidently unlock new opportunities for themselves and get their employers saying “we need you on this job!”

As a Scientist and Positive Psychology Coach, Nicole helps people turn their career frustrations into a renewed love for their work. In this episode, Nicole and Ian discuss ways that we can all modify our work life and the way we go about our job each day so that we stress less and stay motivated and engaged. They also look at how employers can help people approach their working day and achieve more whilst at the same time reducing the stress they are under.
